Introduction & General Information

Each individual may only create one 1qqq account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in all accounts being closed and funds may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

• During registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, address, and contact details accurately.
• Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.
• If your details change, update them immediately via account settings or notify the support team.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your 1qqq account. Compliance with the following rules is mandatory.

Login Credentials Security

Never share your username or password with anyone. Use a strong password and update it regularly. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at support@1qqq.click.

KYC (Know Your Customer Verification)

1qqq follows KYC procedures to ensure safe and legitimate transactions. The following documents may be required before your first withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Selfie with ID document

Account Balance

Funds held in your account are maintained as a liability by 1qqq. If a technical error on the platform causes an incorrect balance to be displayed, 1qqq reserves the right to correct it.

Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on 1qqq. In any betting dispute, 1qqq's decision will be considered final.

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify the odds, stake, and event details carefully before placing a bet. If a bet fails to process due to a technical error, the amount will be refunded.

Odds Changes

Odds in live betting may change in real time. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed will be used for the final settlement. 1qqq reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

If a match is cancelled or postponed

• If a match is cancelled, the full stake is generally refunded.
• If a match has been in progress beyond a specified time, results up to that point may be considered valid.
• If the result of a cricket match is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, the bet will be considered valid.

Payment & Withdrawal Policy

• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200 BDT

Withdrawal Conditions

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
2. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
3. Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
4. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
5. The daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 (higher amounts may be available with special approval).

Transaction Fees

Deposits are free of charge. Withdrawals may be subject to fees charged by the relevant payment provider, which are outside 1qqq's control.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

1qqq regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. However, each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed. Failure to comply may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit (up to ৳5,000). To withdraw this bonus, you must place bets totaling at least 10 times the bonus amount.

Wagering Requirement

• Welcome Bonus: 10x wagering (within 30 days)
• Reload Bonus: 8x wagering (within 21 days)
• Cashback bonus: no wagering required, available for direct withdrawal
• Free Bet: 1x wagering applies on winnings

General Bonus Terms

• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.5.
• Bonuses apply to both casino games and Sports Betting, though certain games may be excluded.
• 1qqq reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1qqq platform. Participation in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Match Fixing: Any involvement in match fixing or spot fixing.
• Fraudulent bonus use: Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantages.
• Money Laundering: Using the 1qqq platform to launder illicit funds.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account with others or operating someone else's account.
• Hacking: Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• False Information: Submitting forged or altered documents for verification.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with 1qqq, please reach out to our customer support team first. We are always happy to work toward a friendly resolution.

2. Our team will respond within 48 hours.
3. Additional information or documents may be requested if needed.
4. A final decision will be communicated within a maximum of 14 business days after the investigation concludes.

Final Decision

1qqq's decisions on betting outcomes are final and binding. Independent review is available for technical errors and related matters.

Policy on Changes to Terms

1qqq may modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect.
• Notices will be sent via email and/or platform notifications.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
